The Ins And Outs Of Video Advertising!
Posted on: July 23rd, 2008Corporate Video
Video Production be it for video streaming on your web site, training videos, corporate or sales videos, videos for trade show displays, even post production video changes in previously shot videos can go much smoother if some of the following areas of your presentation are addressed ahead of time.
1. What is your vision for the final product?
Mood: upbeat, marketing, fast paced OR solemn, serious, slower paced
Type: educational, training, informational, entertainment, marketing
Intended Purpose: internal employees, new hires, prospective clients, existing clients, new clients, mass public
Distribution: DVD, web, broadcast (closed circuit or public)
2. Who will be speaking on camera, who will be representing your company?
*things to think about: just because a person is great and dynamic in front of a large audience does not mean they will be great in front of an individual camera. Try and choose someone who is good at speaking one-on-one.
3. What does the outline of your video look like?
*spend some time putting together a quick outline or even a list of major talking points and how much time you foresee spending on each point.
4. What do you like or not like? What things do you want to incorporate and what things do you want to avoid?
*look around online at other videos out there. Even if they do not pertain to your industry, find things that you like and dislike.
5. What will your entertainment be?
*No matter the subject or content, any video longer than 30 seconds must have some type of entertainment value, even if it is very slight? What will be your entertainment value to keep your audience’s attention?
(comic relief from the speaker, witty banter between 2 speakers or over the top comedy…)
What does the Video Advertising company need from you?
outline or narration for your video. A writing staff the production company you choose should help you tweak this and make it broadcast ready at which point you will get a final review of all scripts to omit or add extra info at your discretion.
likes and dislikes found in other video content out there on the web.
Time Frame. One you have determined an outline for your video(s), try and determine how much time it would take (in your opinion) to capture each one of these on video.
Video Production Company
On-camera and voice over talent is provided. Graphics and animation. An 8 to 10 hour 1-day photo-shoot at the location of the companies choosing. Often 4 hour shoot will suffice. Normally Access to stock videos for fill shots is also available for filler. A producer and a script writer is assigned to the project where script writers produce a draft of the script, and sent for discussion and revision. When that’s approved the Shoot is scheduled upon script approval (It doesn’t have to take place right away, just scheduled.)
The Script writer produces a “Shot Sheet” for every scene in video. After the one-day shoot, the raw footage goes into editing, and apply the script to visuals, add music, voiceover and graphics. More likely than not a link is sent for a time-coded video on an FTP sight for your examination and edit changes. Your editing changes are made. After the company approves the changes, the final video is delivered in the medium desired by the your company (DVD, CD, VHS). The better video companies will sign over ownership of all the B-roll video footage to their clients. Including the Master Copy and B-Roll.
Video Advertising
While preparation is needed it is not always a difficult process. A Good Video Advertising company can help you along and make your entrance into the video marketing arena a grand entrance.
Good luck!!
Andrew X Scam: Beware!
Posted on: July 23rd, 2008Google Massacre Review: The bloodshed is coming. I know you’ve heard people complaining about Google.
They sing the blues about “losing their shirt” to the corporate giant. If you push them a little, they’ll admit they think Google is part of some vast conspiracy to make them poor.
Those poor souls are about to be left behind.
They’re wasting time on complaints when they should be out there scalping their competition. The only problem is, most people don’t know how to do that.
Well, Andrew X and Steven Lee Jones are about to change things for you.
**********
It’s coming, but it not quite here yet. For now, sneak a peek at what promises to make you a ruthless competition scalper: Google Massacre
**********
These guys know exactly what they’re doing. Their results prove it. I’m talking about $800 a day with ClickBank without even thinking about it. With a little more effort (and I mean VERY little), they’re pulling in six figures a month.
That’s because they use techniques and strategies nobody else does…or if other people do, they’re not telling.
But Andrew and Steven are different from the rest. They’re going to tell you how to skip past the distractions and get similar results.
It’s all in their new Google Massacre guide. They’ll tell you:
* Hot to be in complete control of your own performance, so you can be sure you’ll get results
* Specific strategies for using Google to scalp your competition before they even know you’re coming
* The right ways to maximize your returns and minimize your costs so you get an immediate edge on any competitor that dares to take you on
Look, most people really don’t know what they’re doing with Google.
They throw money at it and wonder why they’re not getting good results.
The problem is that they don’t know how to scalp their competition.
Your competition WANTS you distracted by stuff that doesn’t matter.
Andrew and Steven know that, and they’re going to take your blinders off so you know what to do.
Here’s just a taste of what you’ll learn in Google Massacre:
* Killer tactics for stealing everything your competitors think is rightfully theirs–clicks, customers, profits, EVERYTHING. They’ll cry about it, but you’ll leave them helpless.
* Shocking ways to cut your costs to the bone and maximize your profits. Google isn’t the enemy, but they really don’t care if you profit or not–YOU have to take control.
* How to know exactly what your costs will be up front, so you can attack a market with absolute confidence.
* How to triple your visitors in 24 hours or less. Let other people whine about not being able to get traffic. You’ll need to hire help to handle all of yours.
And that’s barely scratching the surface of what you’ll discover inside Google Massacre my friend. You won’t find better “insider” information anywhere.
Here’s your sneak peek again:
Online business is a war these days, and you need to be a ruthless
scalper when it’s called for. Otherwise, you’re a sitting duck.
But if you know what Andrew and Steven know, and you do what they
tell you to do, you’ll be feared and respected…and you’ll rake it
in.
Let the scalping begin!

How to Use Email Marketing
Posted on: July 23rd, 2008Email marketing is a great strategy for businesses to use when trying to deepen their relationships to both current customers and potential customers. However, many email marketers abuse their opt-in lists, creating unwanted spam. The key to successful email marketing strategies is to respect your users, keep providing free useful information or resources, and don’t over do it.
Spam is a relative term, so it’s still possible to send spam to an opt-in list. Therefore, to differentiate your business from spammers, make sure you avoid certain words and tactics that others use when abusing their lists. Never attempt hard sells or use all caps “BUY NOW” for example in the subject lines for your emails. Other no-nos are not so obvious so make sure to watch the linked video above for other tactics and email marketing strategies.
Designing Tradeshow Displays Without The Hassle!
Posted on: July 22nd, 2008Tradeshow exhibits
Creating Tradeshow displays can be a tricky business. Often its big display and big graphics. But Retractable Banners, Literature racks, and table throws and other accessories are usually put into the “what ever” category. These three items can give you more bang for your marketing buck than perhaps any big ticket item in your trade show display.
Banner Stands
Retractable Banners can efficiently be used to focus the attendees attention on “The Message.” The most common types of banner stands are: retractable, tension, and pole mounted which prove to be effective depending on your own personal tastes and opinions as to what will work best for your audience. Retractable Banners can actually help funnel the foot traffic in directions you want the customers to walk once inside your booth if properly placed. Depending on the size of your trade show display and orientation of set up it is important that the correct size banner stand is used in terms of it’s size and it’s foot print. By using double sided banner stands where appropriate you can also double your marketing space while using the same amount of foot print. Take advantage of each square inch of usable marketing space available to you.
Podiums and counters can be much more effective if just a bit more consideration is given to them. You can draw attention to your booth and give it a customized look by adding back lighting to your counters and podiums. Light is always an element which attracts the human eye. Why not take the opportunity of the use of light integrated into your actual hardware. By using transparent media to print on and the simple use of bar lights or bulbs the podium or counter can come alive and focus attention not only to the your trade show display as attendees walk down the aisles but can highlight your speaker during a greeting or presentation. The lighting can also be effective in focusing traffic to that part of the booth where it best serves your needs especially when it comes to the greeters position in your Tradeshow displays.
Table throws are historically often forgotten. All too often exhibitors regard a table to be nothing more that something to be covered with a table cloth. Nothing can be further from the truth when you think of Tradeshow displays. A table throw can make for a finished and polished look which will add to what ever sits on that table. There is a reason why diamonds are displayed against a plush or attractive backgrounds. Think of the table throw as a way of featuring your company logo, a message, and a color scheme to maximize your ten by ten space. If the table throw occupies space you can again use that space to market your product or service.
Diamond Literature Stands
Literature racks are usually thought of in an off handed manner. This is a big mistake, bigger than most might assume. Your literature might be the lasting impression of your company that an attendee walks away with. Platinum Literature Stands must be used in an efficient manner. Place them where a sales person is near and can approach the prospective client. Normally it is also wise to place your stands deep in the trade show display. Remember to have the stand fit the image of your company or the literature which rests on it. Does the stand enhance the appearance of the literature?
Something else to consider as the last point is are you planning to use the “simple take away” or “the capture” method. The capture method consists of featuring the type of literature a person can have and having a sales person there to give it to them personally. A nice method of getting to “Press some flesh”, ask for that business card, or make a quick introduction.
You might have sweat creating large top of the line Tradeshow displays but did you remember to “sweat the small stuff”?
Good luck!!
Marketing Campaigns And Trade Show Display Video!
Posted on: July 22nd, 2008The Power of Video… using what I call Regenerative Marketing can be realized through streaming video, videos for your trade show displays, and video marketing campaigns.
Have you ever considered the following…
Between visiting other booths, special events and conferences, realistically, how many customers get to your booth?
How can you attract more attention, operate more effectively, and extend your reach from a few days to 365 days a year 24/7 ?
Tradeshow Regenerative Marketing Campaigns
Video Production Company
What exactly is regenerative marketing? Regenerative marketing has evolved from the combination of 3 very powerful marketing tools:
Tradeshows and the use of Video
Your internet website, Streaming video
Marketing Campaigns featuring full color Video
With shows that draw in thousands of exhibitors, very few companies stand out from the crowd. Why? Most companies exhibit at tradeshows, via industry standard form, namely…get a booth, set up a trade show display, mount some graphics, and hope the personnel working the booth are engaging enough to catch the customers attention and effectively communicate the main message for the show, etc, etc, etc.
What are you doing to stand apart from the crowd?
Why the Regenerative Marketing System Works…
Let’s first just examine three ways your booth can be optimized during a trade show.
The regenerative marketing model:
First: Video shows your company in the best possible light, with streaming images of the home office, examples of a new product or service in use, testimonials, or even an interview with a company principal sharing the vision of the future and the benefits of doing business with you to mention only a few.
Second: Video adds the element of motion. Well developed video production uses movement, sound, color, and creative editing. These elements are a main factor in attracting attention from passing traffic.
Video Production Company
Third: Video gives you an extra salesperson in your booth. A salesperson who gives the same, “perfect presentation”, every time. You can be distracted talking to a prospect and miss other potential customers while engaged in conversation. Video permits exposure to traffic in multiple numbers as they walk by, and creates more opportunity for questions and comments that your sales people can take advantage of.
Thousands of dollars invested, for 3-4 days of exposure? - How can you extend your reach to potential clients beyond the actual trade show?
That’s where regenerative marketing jumps in and takes it to the next level…
By converting the Trade Show Display Video content and using the “Regenerative Marketing” model you will have the ability to:
• Take the company’s main message, as used in the tradeshow(s), and making it available to anyone who visits the company website,
• And , Or, have prospects directed there by means such as company sales reps, e-mail campaigns, postcard flyers, electronic press releases, etc.
• Resulting in thousands of more opportunities to expose new prospects to your primary marketing message, and as a bonus, have them see you as even bigger and more polished than you competition.
Bottom line is, you need to maximize your marketing efforts, and Regenerative Marketing campaigns are a fresh and cost effective new way to do it!
Good luck
Video Production Of All Flavors!
Posted on: July 21st, 2008Company Video
Streaming Video and videos of all styles and flavors have arrived. Gone are the days of choppy frames and blurred images. What was once a novelty is now the expected on web sites and in other formats from online training to cell phone capability. Yet many corporations have been caught by surprise. The public is demanding and many corporations are trying to meet that demand.
First let us consider just a bit of the evidence.
Organizations like You Tube have demonstrated it’s mass appeal to the public which increasing prefer to view a high impact video as opposed to clicking through and reading static material and viewing material be it on web sites of at trade shows. The publics thirst for video is for good reason. Columbia University has been cited in one of their studies as showing that a web site with a high quality video will hold the publics attention at a rate of five to one over static sites. An added benefit is the viewers retention rate is 150% greater than when viewing static images and reading materials. The final statistic which is awe inspiring to any marketing and sales group is a business has an 80% more likelihood of its target audience purchasing companies product when presented in video form. Pretty convincing.
Streaming video and video productions are offering the smaller to medium size companies an opportunity to challenge larger companies that in the past have simply outgunned them. This new medium in terms of application has become a great equalizer especially if a large competitor is asleep at the switch regarding the power of video.
Video Company
The smaller to mediums size companies are now having their needs met for streaming video, training videos, corporate videos, video productions for electronic press releases and marketing campaigns, and video editing services provided by full service video production and editing services companies. They have found that by working with the one stop shopping video production companies that the process is simplified, and doable at a price they can afford..
Video Shoots
The process normally will involve a team which will help them go from script to screen leaving no loose ends. They need no technical knowledge and are quick to catch on in taking the advice of what works and what does not work in the world of video production by such companies. They are taking security in not having to deal with a number of disparate entities in putting a project together. This has allowed them to make up for their inability in the past to match with the larger companies internal infrastructure of employees who were busily moving their marketing effort forward and overwhelming them with sheer force of numbers and of course those big dollars.
The equalizer is here and it is called the utilization of video production for one and all.
Good luck.

Enhancing Your Trade Show Display With Video Marketing !
Posted on: July 21st, 2008Video Editing
Far too many exhibitors are happy to use the me too marketing approach. With shows that entice hundreds or even thousands of exhibitors, there are very few that seem to stand apart from the crowd. Most businesses that exhibit at tradeshows do so in the form of the industry standard, namely, get a booth, set up a trade show display, print some graphics for the back wall, and hope that the personnel working the booth are engaging enough to catch the attendees attention and effectively communicate the main message for the show, etc, etc, etc.
Video Production
First, your business can put its best foot forward in a totally controlled manner through the process of video editing because the video is shot before the show itself with images of the home office, examples of a new product or service in use, or even an interview with a company principal sharing the vision of the future and the perks of doing business with you.
Next comes the question of motion and sizzle. Well created video production uses movement, sound, color, and creative editing. These elements are a primary factor in attracting attention from passing traffic.
Third, it provides what one might call the perfect salesperson and qualifier for your booth. It can literally serve as an extra sales representative. Think in terms of the “perfect presentation”, every time. A presentation made in the same way, same style, same information, as you originally designed it every time.
Regenerative Marketing.
Video Advertising
A new concept has been created. What regenerative marketing does is convert the trade show booths video content to streaming video and placing it in a predominant position on the company website. Simply put, it is the ability to take the company’s initial message, as used in the tradeshow(s), and make it available to anyone who either on their own, visits the company website, or is directed there by any means such as company sales reps, e-mail campaigns, postcard flyers, etc. Thousands more opportunities to expose new prospects to your primary marketing message, and as a bonus, have them see you as even bigger and more polished than you competition.
The “We Were There” sizzle on the web site shows your web viewers that you are an active business. Informs attendees of the previous show that they “may have missed you and should put you on their calendar for the next show. There is nothing more dynamic than showing a company active and a player through of motion, sound and color and your message is available 24/7, 365 days a year. The trade show and web site become integrated and completely seamless.
Adsense Program Revenue Exposed
Posted on: July 18th, 2008Successful Adsense Formula - AdSense is an application of AdWords beyond Google.com
Making “sense” of AdSense program means understanding that it is really an offshoot of the older Google model, AdWords. But they are not the same thing.
Google AdWords
If you have ever searched on Google, you have seen AdWords.
Google AdWords are the small text ads that are displayed on the side of the search results in Google. These ads are contextual of course – in this case the context is the search terms you entered. The ads will be served based on what you’re looking for. So, if you do a search on “printing services” you will get ads for printing services along with your search results!
How does this generate money for Google and the advertisers?
Google AdWords works on a model known as pay-per-click. When someone clicks on an AdWords ad, the advertiser of that ad has to pay Google a certain amount. It’s easy to track and fully automated. We say “certain amount” because that amount is different all the time and is subject to market forces – in this case, bidding. Something has to determine the placement of those ads, and what determines it is how much the advertiser offers to pay per click. When you submit this kind of ad to Google, you submit it with a bid – which is compared to other bids for similar keywords. It’s an auction style process. The position of the AdWords ads is based on the bidding amount of keywords of an ad. Obviously, the higher the bid, the higher the position the bid buys you. For instance, if the highest bid for the keywords “Internet marketing” is 80 cents per click, you can get top position by bidding 90 cents. Then every time someone clicks on your ad, Google would charge you 90 cents, and you would retain the top position until someone else bids more for the same search word placement. Google AdSense, as stated earlier, is an extension of Google AdWords.
It takes the AdWords concept and moves it off of Google’s search page and onto thousands of other web pages. The ads that are displayed on the websites are Google AdWords ads. It’s good for the advertiser, who gets more and broader displays, for Google, who charge more for this program, for you, who will make money from the clickthroughs on your pages, and also for the consumer, who will see cool ads for stuff they are probably interested in!
So how exactly are you making money from all this? You earn a share of the pay-per-click amount, every time a visitor clicks on the ad. So you just need to get ads on your site…

How Important Online Marketing Is To Franchisors
Posted on: July 17th, 2008Today, the internet is the place everyone looks into, if they want to know about any topic under the sun. From glancing through their daily horoscope to scouting for new jobs, everything is done online. So, it’s no wonder that the internet is emerging as the main source to find information about different franchise opportunities in the market. So, if you are thinking about offering franchise business for sale, then one of the main things that you have to do is build a solid online presence for your business.
If you have an official website, then things will be a bit smoother for you. You can put in details of the franchise business in one page and add the page as a link to the main home page. But, be careful of what claims and facts you give in the franchise information section; don’t make it outlandish or too technical, both of which will scare away potential franchisees. Try to give balanced and general information about your franchise wing, talk about the support system and training program and ask them to contact you for further information. That will make sure that your online marketing program generates maximum leads for you, which is one of the main purposes of online marketing!
But online marketing just from your own website is not enough; you will need to present your business in other sites as well. There are many franchise consultant sites in the net, which get good amount of hit from people looking forward to buy a franchise. When people are thinking about starting a franchise, most of them are not sure which category or which franchise concept they should go for. Hence, they consult sites like www.brandEXPANSION.com for further information. That is why it’s very imperative that you get enlisted in this website to boost your online marketing presence. Your franchise business for sale offer will be filed in the relevant category and presented to the potential franchisees when they seek out that particular category.
Furthermore, the site (like other good sites on franchising) carries the latest news on franchise business and its trends. People rely on these articles to get an insider’s view of the market. Hence, if you get mentioned in those articles or place an article on the uniqueness of your franchise concept, you will have more people looking forward to buy a franchise from you. But be careful while choosing the website where you are placing your online marketing articles; if you place the articles in such a site that is a franchisor itself; then you may not get adequate exposure. So, don’t forget to contact brandEXPANSION, as it’s one of the best franchise consultant sites in the cyber-world.
